Bald man with giant guns in space THAT IS ALSO XENOPHOBIC AND I DONT BLAME HIM. by Nolivesmatter

Format: Commander

Commander: Marneus Calgar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Marneus Calgar leads an Esper token-value deck that turns token generation and extra draws into board advantage. The primary plan is to resolve one or more token doublers/triplers (Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Ojer Taq, Elspeth) and use Marneus's Master Tactician trigger to turn each token into a card, then close with a wide attack, Reaver Titan's Gatling Blaster, and/or life-drain from Y'shtola/Queza. Secondary paths include stax-like tax pieces (Grand Arbiter, Blind Obedience) and a sacrifice/recursion package (Athreos, Dictate of Erebos, Sothera) to control the board. There is no hidden commander; the deck leans on Marneus as its main engine.
