Roxy treasure collector by Hisui

Format: Commander

Commander: Roxanne, Starfall Savant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Roxanne, Starfall Savant is the core engine of this red-green token-ramp deck. She creates tapped Meteorite tokens on entry and attack that both shock opponents and, through her second ability, turn into efficient two-for-one mana. The plan is to multiply those triggers with Panharmonicon and Strionic Resonator, double the tokens with Parallel Lives, and then pour the resulting artifact-token mana into a damage multiplier-Fiery Emancipation, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Twinflame Tyrant, or City on Fire-plus a mana-dump finisher such as Crackle with Power, Devastating Onslaught, or Reckless Fireweaver. Old Gnawbone, Ancient Copper Dragon, Goldspan Dragon, and Hellkite Tyrant give a long-game treasure/artifact-count backup. No hidden commander: the deck is built entirely around the single-faced Roxanne.
