Deck overview

This is a five-color legendary-tribal "legendary storm" deck built around Jodah, the Unifier. Every legendary permanent in the 99 is both a payoff and a setup piece: each legendary spell cast from hand triggers Jodah's pseudo-cascade into a free, cheaper legendary spell, blanketing the board with bodies that his +X/+X anthem turns into an army. The shell is a dense stack of legendary value engines - Reki, the History of Kamigawa, Shanid, Sleepers' Scourge, Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, and The Great Henge refuel the hand, while Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, Dihada, Binder of Wills, and Kellan, the Kid multiply the chains. The deck closes primarily through combat - an anthem'd swarm, Najeela, the Blade-Blossom extra combats, and Kenrith, the Returned King pumps - backed by Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes reach, a Najeela/Derevi/Bloom-Tender infinite-combat line, and near-one-sided wipes/mass recursion in Urza's Ruinous Blast and Primevals' Glorious Rebirth.
