Deck overview

This is a chaotic Izzet spellslinger deck built around Neera, Wild Mage, whose once-per-turn cascade ability cheats out enormous Eldrazi, extra-turn spells, and storm payoffs. The primary game plan is to deploy Neera, then use cheap cantrips or interaction to trigger her, putting the initial spell on the bottom and revealing until a nonland card is found - which is cast for free. The deck then chains these free spells into overwhelming value: Time Stretch and Expropriate generate extra turns, Thousand-Year Storm and Eye of the Storm multiply every subsequent copy, and Grapeshot or an army of Eldrazi (Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Ulamog, the Defiler, Desolation Twin) close the game. Secondary paths include grinding out value with Omniscience or One with the Multiverse and using Blasphemous Act for board control. The deck is explosive but reliant on its commander to initiate the chain, though it packs a dense draw suite to find the pieces.
