Think You Can Keep Up? by user3354420

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Splitter of Seconds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Obeka, Splitter of Seconds turns every successful attack into a bank of extra upkeep steps. The deck is an upkeep-trigger value engine: repeated upkeeps multiply Dragonmaster Outcast's dragons, Smaug's Treasures, Phyrexian Arena draws, suspend-counter reduction, and the monarch Courts' damage. Secondary lines lean on the initiative/dungeon payoff (Caves of Chaos Adventurer, Tomb of Horrors Adventurer, Sarevok's Tome) and on Aggravated Assault/Time Sieve to convert accumulated Treasures into extra combats and turns. The commander is the catalyst, but the deck can still operate as a generic Grixis value pile if she is removed. The finisher is usually a large flying board plus direct damage from Court of Ire.
