Deck overview

This is a Sultai poison and proliferate deck helmed by Xavier Sal, Infested Captain. The plan centers on deploying cheap deathtouch and infect/toxic creatures, connecting in combat (often aided by Fynn, the Fangbearer turning every deathtouch hit into two poison counters), then multiplying those counters through a dense proliferate suite and Xavier's sacrifice outlet. Token makers such as Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Piper of the Swarm feed both Xavier's populate ability and go-wide pressure, while Phyrexian Swarmlord turns existing poison into an overwhelming infect army.
