Lightning Rides Again! by oshiwan

Format: Commander

Commander: Isshin, Two Heavens as One

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Isshin, Two Heavens as One is the entire multiplier: the deck is a Mardu attack-trigger value engine that tries to resolve Isshin early, then wins combat by doubling every attack trigger. The primary plan is to build a team of small attackers such as Voice of Victory, Puppet Master, and Killian, which generate tokens, Treasure, card draw, and forced attacks. The secondary plan is a goad-control plan using Karazikar, Nelly Borca, Bothersome Quasit, and the Impetus auras, reshaping combat while the extra-combat package is assembled. The hidden finishing figure is Aurelia, the Warleader, who under Isshin creates two extra combat phases. Isshin is not a double-faced commander, and no separate hidden commander is named.
