Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Mono-black sacrifice aristocrats that turn creature deaths into drain, card draw, and mana. The primary plan is to use Sephiroth's front face as a repeatable sacrifice-draw engine while enablers like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Funeral Room convert deaths into life loss. The deck either assembles a recursion loop (Ashnod's Altar plus Pitiless Plunderer plus Reassembling Skeleton, or Warren Soultrader plus Forsaken Miner) to generate infinite deaths, or pays X into Exsanguinate. Sephiroth's back face provides a second finisher via its emblem and flying attacks. Backup paths include mass reanimation with Awakening Hall and Gray Merchant drain. There is no hidden commander; K'rrik is a powerful outlier but not a card the list is built around.
