Shiko and Narset, Unified sits atop a Jeskai spellslinger shell that converts every second spell into a copied targeted spell or an extra card. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries into copy payoffs - Thousand-Year Storm, Twinning Staff, Adaptive Training Post - while Storm-Kiln Artist and Archmage Emeritus turn those chains into mana and cards. Secondary paths use extra-turn spells (Time Warp, Nexus of Fate, Expropriate) to overwhelm with flying prowess attacks, or mass recursion via Mizzix's Mastery and Narset, Enlightened Exile. The hidden commander is Narset, Enlightened Exile, which recurs spells from graveyards during combat, enabling a longer game even if the main commander is answered.
