Lorehold Spirits Upgraded by GoddessSerenity

Format: Commander

Commander: Quintorius, History Chaser

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Quintorius, History Chaser helms a Boros graveyard-token strategy rather than a combo deck. By looting, milling, and discarding, the deck fills its graveyard, then leverages 'leaves the graveyard' triggers to accrue 3/2 Spirit tokens and incremental value. The commander acts as a looting draw engine and, via its -4, a top-end double-strike finisher. Supporting cards such as Quintorius, Field Historian, Hofri Ghostforge, Advanced Reconstruction, and Currency Converter multiply every graveyard exit. The primary kill is a large combat swing, usually with Moonshaker Cavalry or Neyali, Suns' Vanguard plus an anthem. The deck packs spot removal and a few protection spells, but it is vulnerable to grave hate and has no stack counterspells.
