Deck overview

This is a Grixis spellslinger deck helmed by Fire Lord Azula that turns every combat into a doubled-spell turn. Azula's firebending feeds red mana the moment she attacks, and her attack-window copy trigger doubles every instant and sorcery cast while she is attacking. The 99 backs this with dense rituals, magecraft engines (Storm-Kiln Artist, Archmage Emeritus, Veyran, Voice of Duality, Ashling, Flame Dancer), and copy multipliers (Reiterate, Thousand-Year Storm, Increasing Vengeance). Primary wins are enormous copied X-spells (Crackle with Power, Comet Storm) and ping storms off Guttersnipe/Ashling, Flame Dancer, often extended by Relentless Assault for extra combat chains. Secondary paths include pure 99 combo loops through buyback copy plus treasure/ritual mana, so the deck is not fully commander-tied. Average MV 2.52 with solid rocks and rituals keeps the curve honest.
