Deck overview

This deck is a political midrange combat deck led by Breena, the Demagogue. It uses low-cost creatures and pillowfort enchantments to manipulate multiplayer combat dynamics. By incentivizing opponents to attack one another to draw cards, Breena rapidly places +1/+1 counters on your own creatures while drawing two extra cards each turn. As your board scales, taxing effects like Ghostly Prison, Archon of Emeria, and Nils, Discipline Enforcer prevent counterattacks. The deck closes games through large evasive flying damage, commander damage, or asymmetric board wipes like Promise of Loyalty and Tragic Arrogance.
