Commander: Ureni of the Unwritten

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon-tribal cheat strategy helmed by Ureni of the Unwritten, a 7/7 flying trample Dragon that, on entering or attacking, digs eight cards deep to put a Dragon creature directly onto the battlefield. The primary plan is to accelerate into Ureni, then chain massive Dragons via its repeatable ability while generating extra value through copy effects (Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Panharmonicon, Reflections of Littjara), haste enablers (Dragon Tempest, Temur Ascendancy), and extra combats (Scourge of the Throne). Damage from Terror of the Peaks, Dragon Tempest, and Dragonlord Atarka closes out games. The deck's redundant Dragon count and command-zone cheat engine give it remarkable consistency, but it is vulnerable to disruption of its commander and has limited stack interaction.
