Deck overview

This is a mono-green landfall +1/+1 counters deck built around Bristly Bill, Spine Sower. Every land that enters puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature, and Bill's {3}{G}{G} activation doubles every counter on the battlefield, letting the deck go from modest bears to lethal tramplers in a single turn. The 99 supports that plan with five counter-multipliers (Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, Ozolith, the Shattered Spire, The Earth Crystal), a Bear-typed midrange shell (Beorn the Fierce, Surrak and Goreclaw, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma), and a heavy land-search package (Cultivate, Nature's Lore, Skyshroud Claim, Harrow, Through the Forest Gate) that fuels landfall for Bill and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through combat with trampling giants, with Unnatural Growth and an X=10 Finale of Devastation as game-ending accelerants. The modal MDFCs (Bala Ged Recovery, Bridgeworks Battle, Studious First-Year, Vastlands Scavenger) keep the effective land count high while offering utility.
