Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger control deck commanded by Judith, Carnage Connoisseur. The primary strategy revolves around deploying Judith to grant instants and sorceries either deathtouch and lifelink or 2/2 Imp tokens that deal 2 damage to each opponent when they die. Low-damage sweeper spells such as Delayed Blast Fireball, Chandra's Ignition, and Fiery Confluence turn into one-sided board wipes that gain massive amounts of life in a single turn. The deck converts this accumulated life total directly into victory using payoffs like Aetherflux Reservoir, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, and Enduring Tenacity. A deep suite of red redirect spells and efficient black draw engines ensures consistent card flow while shielding key assets from opposing interaction. Although it lacks infinite combos and unconditional tutors, its redundant burn, card draw, and recurring creature suppression make it a formidable mid-game engine.
