Deck overview

This deck is a classic Sultai midrange strategy that maximizes enters-the-battlefield and landfall triggers using Yarok, the Desecrated and companion doublers like Panharmonicon and Roaming Throne. The game plan accelerates mana through efficient two-mana ramp spells on early turns, deploying Yarok on Turn 4. From there, it transitions into overwhelming card draw engines via Tatyova, Benthic Druid, Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, and Guardian Project. The deck closes games around Turn 6 to 8 by flooding the battlefield with creature tokens using Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, or Rampaging Baloths, then pumping the team with Landfall triggers or a decisive Craterhoof Behemoth overrun. While exceptionally resilient against single-target removal due to recursive permanents like Muldrotha, the Gravetide and Eternal Witness, the deck remains vulnerable to mass exile sweepers and Torpor Orb effects that disable triggered abilities.
