Deck overview

Gev, Scaled Scorch heads a fast Rakdos artifact storm combo deck built around zero-mana permanents and high-velocity tutors. While Gev sits in the command zone primarily as a low-cost creature to turn on Mox Amber or feed sacrifice costs, the primary game plan revolves around resolving Ad Nauseam to draw deep into the deck or assembling Cloudstone Curio. With Cloudstone Curio on the battlefield, alternating casts of zero-mana nonartifact creatures like Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Crimson Kobolds generates an infinite storm count and enters-the-battlefield triggers. The deck translates this infinite loop into immediate victory using Altar of the Brood to mill all opponents or Aetherflux Reservoir to blast the table.
