This is an Azorius Human/Noble token-swarm deck built entirely around its commander, Bard, King of Dale, whose two abilities - doubling every draw after the first of each draw step, and doubling every token created - turn a dense pile of "draw a card" and "make a token" triggers into an overwhelming engine. The deck plays a patient value game: deploy cheap draw engines like Esper Sentinel and The Queen of Dale, land Bard, then bury opponents in doubled card advantage and doubled Soldier/Knight/Faerie tokens. The primary win is a wide-board kill via Moonshaker Cavalry or Grand Crescendo, with a clean alternate line in double-casting Approach of the Second Sun, tutored by Mystical Tutor and Personal Tutor.
