The Crimson King (Magnus the Red) by FrothyMoth03

Format: Commander

Commander: Magnus the Red

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around Magnus the Red's ability to convert a wide token board into massive discounts on instants and sorceries. The core loop is to spend the early turns stacking token engines like Young Pyromancer, Third Path Iconoclast, and Storm-Kiln Artist, then deploy Magnus and chain token makers, rituals, draw spells, and copy effects into one explosive turn. It wins by flipping on Sorcerer Class's level-3 burn, generating infinite mana with Reiterate loops into Crackle with Power or Jaya's Immolating Inferno, or swinging a Haze of Rage-pumped token swarm behind Surge to Victory. Past in Flames and Flashback let the deck replay its entire graveyard for a second wave, while Epic Experiment and Finale of Revelation provide giant bursts of card advantage. It is a classic "one big turn" deck: efficient at chaining, but vulnerable if that turn gets interrupted.
