Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Aristocrats and Reanimator strategy piloted by Alesha, Who Laughs at Fate. The game plan revolves around stocking the graveyard through self-mill, looting, and direct tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive. Alesha attacks early to grow her power and trigger Raid, repeatedly pulling key utility creatures, sacrifice outlets, and attrition pieces straight onto the battlefield at each end step. The deck grinds down opposing boards with recursive edict creatures such as Accursed Marauder and Plaguecrafter, while establishing layered drain engines featuring Blood Artist, Marionette Apprentice, Mayhem Devil, and Syr Konrad, the Grim. Large burst payoffs such as Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Massacre Wurm convert board control into decisive table kills around Turn 7.
