Iron Man, Titan of Innovation by EverDope

Format: Commander

Commander: Iron Man, Titan of Innovation

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is an innovative Izzet artifact-midrange powerhouse built around Iron Man, Titan of Innovation. The primary game plan revolves around utilizing the commander's attack trigger to "pod" noncreature artifacts, sacrificing cheap utility pieces or tokens to tutor high-impact artifacts directly onto the battlefield. By climbing the mana curve through combat, the deck cheats out massive, game-ending threats like Blightsteel Colossus, Darksteel Colossus, and Portal to Phyrexia. Backed by robust token-generation engines and copy effects, the deck can pivot from a toolbox control strategy to an overwhelming aggressive board state. Alternative win conditions like Mechanized Production provide excellent inevitability, making this a highly dynamic and synergistic artifact deck.
