Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue mill control strategy commanded by Bruvac the Grandiloquent. Bruvac's static ability doubles all cards milled by opponents, transforming modest mill effects into game-ending threats. The deck's primary win condition is casting a kicked Maddening Cacophony with Bruvac on the battlefield, which forces each opponent to mill their entire library in one turn. To support this plan, the deck employs cheap card filtering cantrips such as Ponder, Preordain, and Brainstorm to navigate draws, while Personal Tutor helps search directly for the key sorcery. Defense is maintained through interaction like Counterspell, Arcane Denial, and Aetherize, alongside defensive permanents such as Propaganda, Grafdigger's Cage, and Spellskite. If the primary one-shot line is disrupted, redundant continuous mill engines including Psychic Corrosion, Sphinx's Tutelage, and Jace's Archivist provide sustained mill pressure to close out the game over subsequent turn cycles.
