The True Spider-man deck by loserboi257

Format: Commander

Commander: Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Bant (GWU) "Legendary Matters" value and cheat-into-play strategy helmed by Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man. The primary game plan revolves around ramping early, transforming Peter Parker, and abusing his back face's ability to grant all colored legendary spells a web-slinging cost of {G}{W}{U}. By tapping creatures for mana or utility and then bouncing them to pay the web-slinging cost, the deck can deploy massive, game-ending legendary threats like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, and Dawnsire, Sunstar Dreadnought for a fraction of their actual mana cost. The deck eschews infinite combos in favor of overwhelming board presence, massive card advantage, and combat inevitability. Secondary win conditions include granting the entire team horsemanship via Sun Quan, Lord of Wu for unblockable lethal damage, or doubling up on historic spells with The Sixth Doctor to bury opponents in sheer value.
