Deck overview

This deck is an Esper topdeck-manipulation strategy centered on Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. The primary game plan arranges the top card of the library using tools like Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, Brainstorm, and Doom Whisperer to ensure Yennett's attack trigger hits high-impact odd-cost spells. Cheating bombs like Void Winnower, Breach the Multiverse, and Brilliant Ultimatum onto the battlefield provides massive tempo and board presence without paying their expensive mana costs. Secondary engines convert high mana values into direct table-wide damage using cards like Baneful Omen, Twilight Prophet, Keen Duelist, and Palantír of Orthanc. The mana base leverages White catch-up ramp to hit land drops reliably, while asymmetric wipes like Extinction Event clear opposing boards. The deck aims to establish its commander on Turn 5 and overwhelm opponents through combat and life drain by Turn 8.
