Deck overview

This Temur Dragon deck is led by Ureni of the Unwritten, designed to ramp aggressively in the early turns and cheat colossal Dragon threats directly onto the battlefield. Utilizing a dense suite of 1-2 CMC ramp and cost-reducers, the deck consistently generates seven mana by Turn 4-5 to deploy Ureni. On both entry and attack, Ureni digs eight cards deep to place Dragons into play for free. The deck synergizes with haste enablers like Temur Ascendancy and Dragon Tempest to trigger multiple cheats in a single turn. Win conditions stem from explosive flying combat damage amplified by Atarka, World Render, token swarms from Utvara Hellkite, direct burn via Terror of the Peaks, and an infinite combat loop with Savage Ventmaw and Aggravated Assault. Efficient interaction and protection spells defend the board against opposing removal.
