Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce commands an aggressive mono-green stompy deck that merges Bear tribal synergy with big-mana combat overruns. The game plan accelerates early using one-drop mana dorks and two-drop ramp spells to cast Beorn on Turn 4 alongside low-cost support creatures. Beorn's combat trigger immediately distributes trample counters, turns allies into Bears, and draws two cards per turn cycle once three Bears are present. This card advantage fuels a rapid transition into lethal finishers on Turn 5. The deck overpowers tables using game-ending amplifiers like Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, Pathbreaker Ibex, Coat of Arms, and Triumph of the Hordes. Supported by versatile protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Asceticism, the list quickly rebuilds after board wipes and maintains formidable pressure even if the commander is removed.
