Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads an aggressive Boros typal deck that converts Dwarf deployment and Equipment into a growing hoard of artifact tokens. Each Dwarf entering the battlefield generates a Treasure token under Thorin, creating a dual engine of burst mana velocity and massive static power buffs (+1/+0 per artifact token) for the entire Dwarf army. The deck curves low-cost Dwarves and Equipment on early turns, establishes Thorin on turn 4 or 5, and rapidly scales into lethal combat swings by turn 6. Supporting legends like Dáin of the Ancient Halls, Bifur, Melodic Rider, and Taunt from the Rampart ensure high burst damage and unblockable alpha strikes. A dedicated protection package featuring Boromir, Warden of the Tower, Galadriel's Dismissal, and Unbreakable Formation shields the board against sweepers. While vulnerable to early artifact hate and reliant on combat connections, the deck presents high redundancy and rapid recovery.
