Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck is helmed by Vivi Ornitier, a commander that grows with each noncreature spell and converts its power into mana while pinging opponents. The primary game plan is to deploy cost reducers, chain cheap instants and sorceries, and assemble the infinite-mana engine of Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal to fuel a lethal Grapeshot or Vivi's own damage trigger. Secondary paths include Epic Experiment into a storm turn, Lier, Disciple of the Drowned granting flashback to every spell in the graveyard, and Arcane Bombardment for sustained value. The deck is a focused combo-control build that aims to win through a single explosive turn.
