Deck overview

This deck leverages Eddie Brock // Venom, Lethal Protector as a high-velocity card draw engine and permanent-cheating outlet in Jund colors. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with low-cost dorks, talismans, and signets. The deck then deploys high-mana value creatures for discounted alternative costs, specifically warp creatures like Bygone Colossus and Anticausal Vestige or cost-reduced beaters like Ghalta, Primal Hunger. Once Eddie transforms into Venom, attacking allows you to sacrifice these oversized creatures to draw up to nine cards and put massive threats like Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Etali, Primal Conqueror, or Old Gnawbone directly onto the battlefield for free. A deep package of one-mana death-redirection spells such as Undying Malice and Supernatural Stamina doubles as protection and recursion, returning sacrificed creatures immediately. The deck overwhelms opponents through massive trample damage and resilient graveyard recovery.
