This is a Sultai landfall-mill list helmed by Homer, the Hermit, a three-mana 0/9 Crab who mills any number of players for twice your Crab and Starfish count on each landfall. The plan lives in the 99: cheap landfall millers, extra land drops, graveyard land loops, and two-card decking pairs. Hedron Crab and Ruin Crab chip libraries on every land, Bruvac the Grandiloquent doubles those numbers into kills, and Fraying Sanity turns a single Traumatize or kicked Maddening Cacophony into an empty library. Land-recursion bombs like Splendid Reclamation and Aftermath Analyst convert a stocked graveyard into a one-turn explosion. Homer is a convenient Crab and a scaling payoff, but none of the two-card kills need him. Combat from Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, and Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar is only a distant backup.
