Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed mono-white Voltron strategy centered around Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice. By leveraging Light-Paws's triggered ability to tutor an Aura whenever an Aura is cast, the deck rapidly turns its 2-mana commander into an enormous, evasive, and protected threat as early as Turn 3. The library doubles as a modular toolbox, allowing each cast spell to fetch exact counter-pieces such as Sheltered by Ghosts for removal, Spirit Mantle for unblockability, Hyena Umbra for destruction protection, or All That Glitters for lethal commander damage. A robust package of white hatebears, including Drannith Magistrate, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, and Aven Mindcensor, slows down faster combo and control decks. While the deck must eliminate three opponents sequentially through combat, its dense defensive suite ensures Light-Paws remains heavily shielded throughout the game.
