Deck overview

This is a Mardu "Treasures matter" outlaw deck built around Vihaan, Goldwaker. The core plan is to create as many Treasure tokens as possible through Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Monologue Tax, and Black Market Connections, then have Vihaan turn the entire hoard into a horde of 3/3 hasty Construct Assassins at combat. The deck wins primarily through combat, with Port Razer chaining consecutive combat phases and Akroma's Will turning a wide board into a double-striking, protection-wrapped lethal swing. Secondary routes include the drain triggers of Mirkwood Bats and Nadier's Nightblade, the token burn of Caesar, Legion's Emperor, and the alternate win condition in Revel in Riches. It is a value/midrange deck with no true infinite combo, but enough Treasure redundancy to keep producing threats.
