Deck overview

This is a Dimir midrange value deck built around Kang Prime's suspend engine. His enter and attack triggers exile the top nonland card and turn it into a free spell two upkeeps later, and the 99 is filled with cards that reward playing from exile and from the top of libraries: Rogue Class, Klaw, Master of Sound, Ramirez DePietro, Pillager, Doom's Time Platform, and The Key to the Vault. A Villain-tribal subtheme using Endless Ranks of HYDRA and Prowler, Clawed Thief provides token generation, card filtering, and Skullclamp fuel. The deck wins through incremental evasive combat damage, accelerated by Dire Fleet Ravager's life-loss and Timestream Navigator extra turns, with a suspended Omniscience as a high-end blowout. There is no deterministic infinite combo; this is a value/control pile that converts card advantage into a mid-late game board.
