Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai spellslinger strategy commanded by Shiko and Narset, Unified. The game plan revolves around casting multiple low-cost instants and sorceries each turn to trigger the Flurry mechanic, Magecraft abilities, and spell-cast triggers. Early turns focus on establishing mana rocks and deploying efficient token generators like Third Path Iconoclast and Monastery Mentor. Once the commander and card draw engines like Archmage Emeritus or Whirlwind of Thought are active, the deck chains cheap cantrips to continuously draw cards, create Monk and Soldier tokens, and deal noncombat damage with Guttersnipe and Caldera Pyremaw. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents through wide prowess combat steps and explosive direct burn turns, supported by high-impact late-game spells such as Mana Geyser, Rite of Replication, and Sublime Epiphany.
