ant man by moxsho

Format: Commander

Commander: The Astonishing Ant-Man

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Astonishing Ant-Man leads a Simic engine that translates card draw into massive boards and overwhelming combat steps. Every card drawn adds +1/+1 counters to the commander, which can then be converted into swarms of 1/1 Insect tokens. Counter doublers like Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider rapidly inflate creature stats while token doublers amplify your army size. The deck closes games by overrunning opponents through Craterhoof Behemoth, granting unblockable attacks with Herald of Secret Streams or Champion of Lambholt, or drawing out the entire library into Laboratory Maniac using repeated Skullclamp sacrifices.
