This deck is a Bant Blink Combo strategy led by Derevi, Empyrial Tactician. The primary game plan utilizes dense two-mana ramp to deploy repeatable enter-the-battlefield value engines like Soulherder, Delney, Streetwise Lookout, and Guardian Project. Derevi provides mana velocity and board control by tapping opposing permanents and untapping lands on combat connections, bypassing commander tax through its activated ability. The deck tutors into an infinite mana combo using Peregrine Drake paired with Deadeye Navigator or Emiel the Blessed.
