Witherbloom Temp Deck by AxleyJones

Format: Commander

Commander: Witherbloom, the Balancer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Witherbloom, the Balancer is the deck's cost-reduction engine; its affinity for creatures lets instants and sorceries get dramatically cheaper once the board fills with tokens. The primary plan is to produce token creatures, use Witherbloom to cast oversized X spells such as Gelatinous Genesis and Dark Salvation, then close with pump spells like Preposterous Proportions. Secondary paths include Beledros Witherbloom's life-payment untap mana, The Dawning Archaic's graveyard recursion, and Exsanguinate as a non-combat drain. There is no hidden commander or second face; the deck is built around the single Dragon, though the token and ramp shell functions on its own if it is unavailable.
