Deck overview

This Gruul deck leverages Partner commanders Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith and Kodama of the East Tree to turn land drops into a lethal combo engine. By ramping aggressively during the opening turns, the deck deploys Toggo early and powers out Kodama by turn 5. Once both commanders are in play, dropping a bounce land such as Gruul Turf or Guildless Commons generates an infinite loop: Toggo creates a Rock token, the bounce land returns to hand, and the Rock's entry triggers Kodama to put the bounce land back onto the battlefield. This interaction yields infinite landfall triggers, infinite artifact tokens, and infinite damage through pingers like Reckless Fireweaver or Ingenious Artillerist. If the primary combo is disrupted, the deck pivots smoothly into a resilient midrange stompy plan powered by Avenger of Zendikar, Omnath, Locus of Rage, and Moraug, Fury of Akoum.
