New Untitled Deck by user1021101

Format: Commander

Commander: Black Waltz No. 3

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Black Waltz No. 3 is a spell-slinging combo-control commander: it turns every noncreature spell into two damage to each opponent. The deck's actual kill is to give Black Waltz infect (Phyresis, Glistening Oil, Grafted Exoskeleton, or Tainted Strike) so those triggers become poison counters; five post-infect spells give every opponent the ten poison needed to lose. The rest of the list is 2.3 average-MV card draw, looting, tutors, and rituals that let it assemble and chain a critical mass of spells in one turn. Protection is light but enough to shield the commander during the kill turn. There is no hidden commander; Black Waltz No. 3 is the sole engine and win condition.
