Con and Lash's Budget Gecko Bird ($100) by user1011460

Format: Commander

Commander: Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Izzet Partners deck leverages Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar to turn combat damage into explosive treasure generation. Malcolm creates a Treasure token for each opponent dealt damage by Pirates, while Kediss spreads commander damage across the entire table, effectively tripling the Treasures you get per attack. The deck cheats on mana through rituals (Rite of Flame, Simian Spirit Guide), cheap rocks (Sol Ring, Arcane Signet), and treasure tokens to power out a dense interaction suite and deep card draw. It wins primarily through incremental commander damage-each Kediss-spread swing adds 2 damage to all opponents-and a few direct damage outlets like Sunshot Militia and HYDRA Assault Robot. A well-timed Alchemist's Gambit can accelerate the clock by giving an extra turn. The deck is a high-interaction control deck that uses its treasure snowball to eventually bury opponents in card advantage and damage.
