Just Hoppin Around by DwarvenDudeQT

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler leads a group-draw control deck that forces opponents to draw while you profit. The primary plan uses forced-draw engines (Kwain, Temple Bell, Howling Mine, Folio of Fancies) with payoffs like Psychosis Crawler, Iron Maiden, and Ebony Owl Netsuke, and closes by decking yourself with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac. Secondary wins are Approach of the Second Sun tutored to the top and the efficient Dramatic Reversal plus Isochron Scepter infinite mana engine. Kwain acts as repeatable draw and Mind Over Matter outlet, while Smothering Tithe and Rhystic Study turn the draw into mana and cards.
