Deck overview

This Esper Blink Control deck is piloted by Aminatou, the Fateshifter, focusing on extracting exponential card advantage, board control, and tempo through enter-the-battlefield (ETB) triggers. In the opening turns, the deck develops mana through efficient 2-mana artifacts and deploys early card-filtering creatures such as Baleful Strix and Wall of Omens. Aminatou provides versatile utility from the command zone, resetting tapped resources, manipulating the top of the library for miracle triggers like Terminus, and blinking value permanents. The midgame establishes overwhelming board control through asymmetric stax and recurring removal, using engines like Soulherder, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Teleportation Circle, and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines alongside Ravenous Chupacabra and Skyclave Apparition. The primary win condition leverages an infinite flicker loop using Aminatou, the Fateshifter, Oath of Teferi, and Spark Double, enabling infinite mana, card draw, and drain via Archon of Cruelty, or stealing all opposing boards with Agent of Treachery.
