Deck overview

This deck is a minimalist Izzet combo-adjacent list helmed by Sanar, Innovative First-Year. The entire nonland suite consists of exactly two cards: Treasure Hunt and Magmakin Artillerist. The primary game plan is to cast Sanar, use its Vivid ability to exile both nonland cards, then cast Treasure Hunt to draw every remaining basic land from the library. After that, the deck has no actual win condition-Magmakin Artillerist deals damage only when you discard cards, and the deck has no discard outlet. The deck functionally cannot win a game of Commander; it is a meme list that draws its entire library and then passes turns indefinitely.
