Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Boros go-wide tribal strategy commanded by Mog, Moogle Warrior. The game plan revolves around casting Mog early to trigger its end-step ability, discarding creature and noncreature cards to generate 1/2 lifelink Moogle tokens and pump them with +1/+1 counters. The deck accelerates through early mana rocks and a high land count, layering token doublers and anthem effects such as Inspiring Leader, Cathars' Crusade, and Anointed Procession. Critical onset occurs around Turn 6, where cards like Sephiroth, Fallen Hero, Moogles' Valor, and Chocobo Knights turn the token swarm into lethal combat damage. While the deck boasts high redundancy for power-boosting effects and swift commander recovery, its card draw remains near parity and its board presence is exposed to mass creature sweepers across multiple turns before closing the game on Turn 8.
