Deck overview

Grixis amass/Orc build that treats Saruman, the White Hand as a scaling engine. Every noncreature spell adds an Army; the deck leans into cheap instants, sorceries, cantrips, and removal, and reinforces the Army with equipment (Loxodon Warhammer, Glamdring) and tribal boosts (Mauhur, Uruk-hai Captain, Orcish Siegemaster). Fall of Cair Andros creates a board-wipe combo with Blasphemous Act, turning opponent creatures into counter fuel, while Chandra's Ignition converts the resulting oversized Army into one-shot damage to all opponents. The commander's ward on Goblins/Orcs and a full stack of counterspells and removal keep the plan stable. Lord of the Nazgul and Fiery Inscription provide alternate grind paths if the Army is removed.
