Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is built around Blim, Comedic Genius and a 'Bad Gifts' strategy designed to donate crippling permanents to opponents. By combining cheap mana acceleration with harmful permanents such as Steel Golem, Aggressive Mining, Demonic Lore, and Archfiend of the Dross, the deck front-loads card advantage and tempo before transferring severe drawbacks across the table. Blim's combat damage trigger simultaneously forces opponents to lose life and discard cards for each unowned permanent they control. Alternate donation outlets like Bazaar Trader and Harmless Offering, alongside independent pressure engines like Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos and Slicer, Hired Muscle, maintain threat density when Blim is targeted. While the deck boasts potent asymmetric resource denial and redirect interaction, it remains vulnerable to instant-speed removal on Blim while bad gifts are still under its own control.
