Deck overview

This four-color deck is a midrange spellslinger and Hero synergy list commanded by Mister Fantastic. The game plan revolves around casting noncreature spells each turn to trigger powerful combat-step abilities across a suite of Fantastic Four members and superhero allies. Mister Fantastic provides steady card advantage at combat whenever you cast a noncreature spell, while his activated ability allows you to duplicate key triggered abilities twice, scaling threats exponentially. Supported by value engines like Whirlwind of Thought, Crystal, Inhuman Princess, and Council of Reeds, the deck rapidly generates tokens, +1/+1 counters, and direct burn. Massive beaters such as The Thing and game-breaking sorceries like Taunt from the Rampart clear paths for lethal combat steps. While vulnerable to well-timed board wipes and reliant on natural draws due to limited tutors, its layered redundancy and resilient protection spells ensure strong mid-to-late game momentum.
