Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya Midrange build that utilizes Selvala, Explorer Returned as a consistent engine for mana acceleration and card draw. The primary strategy involves deploying Selvala early, using Parley to gain extra green mana and card advantage, and deploying high-impact token generators, +1/+1 counter engines, and Elspeth and Vivien planeswalkers. The deck scales rapidly with cards like God-Eternal Oketra, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, and Doubling Season, building an imposing board state. It closes games by overrunning opponents through wide combat attacks backed by evasion from The Wind Crystal or Archangel Elspeth, or resolving a massive Finale of Devastation. While the deck generates high resource velocity and possesses strong graveyard recursion, its reliance on combat damage and symmetrical card draw introduces vulnerabilities to opposing sweepers and gives opponents extra resources to find answers.
