Deck overview

This deck is a Bant legendary stompy strategy led by Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man. The primary game plan revolves around casting Peter Parker early, generating a Spider creature token, and transforming him into Amazing Spider-Man. Once transformed, he grants all colored legendary spells web-slinging {G}{W}{U}, allowing you to bypass high mana costs by returning a tapped creature to your hand. You leverage cheap mana dorks, land tappers like Springleaf Drum, and combat swings to tap your creatures, then bounce them to deploy format-dominating threats such as Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Ghalta and Mavren, The Tarrasque, and Myojin of Seeing Winds for only three mana. The deck refuels rapidly using creature-based draw engines like Chulane, Teller of Tales and Dour Port-Mage, defends its board with Spectacular Spider-Man, and closes out games through overwhelming combat damage and one-sided sweeps from Urza's Ruinous Blast.
