Deck overview

Jund lands sacrifice deck built around Hearthhull, the Worldseed. Hearthhull is a command-zone draw-and-ping engine: once you Station it with power 2+, it turns extra lands and creatures into cards, extra land drops, and constant drain. The real plan is a Gitrog/Dakmor and Scapeshift/Splendid Reclamation loop, using lifegain/mana from Zuran Orb and Squandered Resources and winning through Mayhem Devil, Omnath, landfall tokens, or a Moraug extra-combat turn. It does not need its commander for any combo, but Hearthhull's ability smooths the midgame and provides an alternate pinging finish. The Gitrog Monster acts as hidden commander; Dakmor is its pet combo piece.
